Terra Knoble, LMFT
Terra is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Terra works from a systemic perspective, utilizing experiential techniques in order to assist others in identifying meaningful relationships and goals for their lives. She is driven to learn from others and to provide a supportive environment where individuals can uncover or rediscover their strengths and unique contributions to our community.
Education and Training
Terra obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota. She completed 4,000 hours of supervised experience prior to obtaining her license to practice Marriage and Family Therapy in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Terracompleted an EMDR workshop in 2014.
Terra is a Clinical Fellow in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
Solution-Focused and strength based interventions, supporting families with children with cognitive disabilities, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), connecting meaning to actions, and attachment theory.
