Education and Training

Karlee earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Viterbo University in May 2023 and earned her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Winona University in May 2025. Karlee is currently trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Special Interests

Karlee’s clinical interests revolve around helping children and adolescence in the academic setting, as well as in a clinic setting. Karlee is deeply committed to mental health therapy and trauma-informed support, particularly for children and individuals affected by trauma, PTSD, and substance misuse. Karlee is passionate about advocating for accessible and compassionate care that empowers individuals on their path toward healing. â€‹

Karlee is an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) with the goal of providing mental health services to individuals in the southwestern region of Wisconsin, particularly children and adolescents. Karlee utilizes the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model as well as Trauma Informed Care.  Karlee is motivated to provide a calm and welcoming presence for the individuals she is working with. Karlee works with clients in the clinic setting as well as offering school-based counseling services.
