Fran is our Office Manager. She will be the first to respond to your inquiries, the voice you hear when you call, and will often be the one to greet you when you enter. Fran has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from Southern Oregon University, with an emphasis in printmaking. After finishing her degree, Fran explored a variety of interesting work and travel opportunities before moving back to her hometown of Viroqua in 2018. Fran was first able to apply her education and passion for teaching by instructing adults with developmental disabilities in art projects, and most recently through teaching at Viroqua’s Youth Initiative High School.
