Prudence is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, couples, children, teens, and families to find their most satisfying ways of living and relating. Prudence partners with clients to explore their inner world with curiosity and delight, offering a number of modalities that spark joy in the process of self-discovery and relational growth. Whether using neurofeedback, Internal Family Systems work, art therapy, EMDR, or Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, the goal is compassionate understanding of self and other in order to live a meaningful life.
